In this, orders to stay the case have been passed and a period of more than six months has passed for this. In such a situation, the Registry is directed to re-allocate/re-distribute these cases to such courts, benches, as considered appropriate and effective for expeditious disposal of such cases. With this, adjournment applications in subject matters can be disposed of quickly. Also, the hearing of such cases will end before the designated special courts.
