Kim Jong Un refuses America's Talk Proposal, asks US to cease War Games

New Delhi: North Korea said on Thursday that it would ignore the negotiation proposal until the US gave up anti-corruption policies against it. Earlier, the US said that it has tried to contact North Korea through various channels. Only then has this statement from North Korea come to light.

Foreign Minister Choi Son Hui's statement came ahead of joint talks between North Korea's top diplomats and defense chiefs of South Korea and the US over North Korea's nuclear program for the first time in five years.
