In this time, when WHO has declared Corona as Pandemic, everyone is trying to ignore outing. Offices are trying to be more home friendly and employees are working from home. As the atmosphere of home is very different from an office, you must follow some different routine.

WORK FROM HOME:

First of all, we all know that home has a other level of comfort and in this comfort we feel lazy. And the task is to ignore lazyness. For this we have a list of some food items, which will give a instant boost and will you working with an energy.

-Include some pickle, jams and kechups in your food. This will give a other test to the food and freshness too. Eat bread with fruit jams and rolls with kechups or chatni.

-Try to some nutrition to the water. Add chia seeds in it. It reduces the chances of infection. Chia seeds are also good for your stomach.

-Eat organic pasta, this is available in ready to cook packages too. You can add some ready made chatni or masala in it. It would be a fun for you, too do something interesting at work from home.

-Have some chocolate and cadies for changing your taste.

-Take green tea or organic tea for refreshing your mind.

And apart from this, follow all the instruction given by Govt officials and doctors. Wash your hands regularly, use sanitizers, use napkins and tissue papers, dispose this at the same time. Avoid visiting public places and roads.
