As we all know that winters passed and we are all set to welcome summers. Skin is the most sensitive part of our body and it needs a proper care and extra attention of yours.

In summers due to warm winds and sun light, our skin feels dehydrated. Some times we face sunburn too.

In this case we have to ready in advance for taking care of our skin. Here we will give you some tips that will surely help you in maintaining your skin health.

When we have less time but skin needs more care then follow these tips on daily basis.

AVOID SMOKING:

We all already aware of this that smoking is injurious for our health. This not only affects are breathing system but also dehydrates our body.

Smoking affects the lungs and makes your skin look older and contributes to wrinkles. Smoking develops cancer cells in the body and your skin looses its tightness.

PROTECT YOURSELF FROM SUNLIGHT:

Every skin care specialist suggests to avoid sunlight in summers. Because in Summers our skin can't tolerate the high tampratre and ultra violet rays affect the skin.

Sunburn and many other problems are very common in summers due to sunlight.

Use sunscreen and wash your hands and face regularly. Some people complaints about oily skin in summers, then use Multani mitti for washing your face and use a good face wash.

Wear full sleeves shirts, Tshirts, cover your face in sun light and drink water regularly. Wear clean cloths and use anti biotics for cleaning your cloths. Regularly use Telcum and take shower, two times in a day.

LIGHT DIET:

In summers, take a baanced diet. Mostly liquid diet is adviced in summers for good digestive system. Some research suggests that a diet rich in fish oil or fish oil supplements and low in unhealthy fats and processed or refined carbohydrates might promote younger looking skin. Drinking eight bottle of water helps keep your skin hydrated.
