Coronavirus: 53,476 new COVID-19 case, Over 4 lakh Active Cases

New Delhi: Coronavirus infection in the country is once again increasing rapidly. Corona's new figures are touching new records every day. Like last year, this year also the most impact of Corona is being seen in Maharashtra.

31 thousand cases in Maharashtra:

In the last 24 hours, more than 31 thousand cases of corona have been reported in the state. At the same time, 53,476 new cases of Carona virus infection have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours, while 251 people have died.

According to the data released by the Ministry of Health, after the arrival of new cases of corona, the total number of infected patients in the country has gone up to one crore 17 lakh 87 thousand 534.

Corona outbreak in India:

According to the Health Ministry, 1 crore 12 lakh 31 thousand 650 people have been recovered in the country so far, while at present there are 3 lakh 95 thousand 192 active cases. After the deaths in the last 24 hours, the number of dead in the country has increased to 1 lakh 60 thousand 692. According to ICMR, 10,65,021 corona tests have been conducted in the country within the last 24 hours.

The highest number of 31,855 new cases of corona virus infection were reported in one day in Maharashtra on Wednesday. According to the Health Department, the number of infected people in the state has increased to 25,64,881 after the new cases are reported.

Earlier, on March 21, the state had reported the highest 30,535 cases of infection. After the death of 93 more patients, the total number of dead has risen to 53,684. The total number of cured people has increased to 22,62,593 after 15,098 people became infection-free during the day. The number of under-treated patients in the state is 2,47,299.
