Coronavirus recoveries in India rise to 3.47 Lakh

New Delhi: Coronavirus spread in the country has now increased. More than 15 thousand corona infection cases are being reported daily in the country for the last few days. In the last 24 hours, there have been 18,653 new cases of corona and 507 people have died. However, the relief is that 13,156 people have also recovered in the last 24 hours.

3.47 Lakh people cured from corona:

According to the data released by the Health Department on Wednesday, the total number of patients in the country has now increased to 5 lakh 85 thousand 493, in which 17 thousand 400 people have died. Talking about the recovery rate, so far 3 lakh 47 thousand 979 people have recovered and gone to their homes. At present, the total number of active cases in the country is more than 2 lakh 20 thousand.

Maharashtra is the worst hit by Coronavirus. In Maharashtra alone, the figure of infected patients has gone to one lakh 74 thousand 761. At the same time, 7 thousand 855 people have died in Maharashtra, while more than 90 thousand people have been cured. The number of active cases here is now around 76 thousand.

More than 85 thousand corona patients in Delhi:

The total number of patients here is 87 thousand 360, in which 2742 people have died. Talking about those recovering there, more than 58 thousand patients have been cured in Delhi so far. The number of active cases is now 26 thousand 270 in Delhi.

Uttar Pradesh records 25 more COVID-19 deaths, taking toll to 697, while 664 fresh cases take state's tally to 23,492.

TN reports 3,943 fresh COVID-19 cases, taking tally to 90,167. Toll touches 1,201 with 60 more deaths.
