Petrol Diesel Price Today: Fuel Rates hit new Highs, Check Here
Petrol prices have increased to Rs 85.20, Rs 91.80, Rs 86.63 and Rs 87.85 per liter in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai respectively.
New Delhi: The people of the country have once again been hit by inflation. Petrol-diesel became expensive once again on Tuesday. The price of petrol has increased from 22 paise to 25 paise, while diesel has increased by 24 to 25 paise. In the capital Delhi, the price of petrol has gone up to Rs 85.20 per liter and diesel to Rs 75.38 per liter.
Increase in rates of Diesel PETROL:
Government oil companies Indian Oil (IOC), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL) has again raised prices of petrol and diesel on Tuesday.
Petrol prices have increased to Rs 85.20, Rs 91.80, Rs 86.63 and Rs 87.85 per liter in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai respectively. While the price of diesel in these cities has been Rs 75.38, Rs 82.13, Rs 78.97 and Rs 80.67 per liter respectively.

Petrol has been increased to Rs 84.83 in Noida, Rs 84.75 in Lucknow, Rs 87.71 in Patna, Rs 82.04 in Chandigarh, Rs 88.07 in Bengaluru and Rs 83.96 in Ranchi.
While diesel has been priced at Rs 75.83 in Noida, Rs 75.75 in Lucknow, Rs 80.52 in Patna, Rs 75.13 in Chandigarh, Rs 79.94 in Bangalore and Rs 79.77 per liter in Ranchi.
Significantly, petrol and diesel prices are changed every day at six in the morning. New rates are applied from 6 in the morning. After adding excise duty, dealer commission and other things to the price of petrol and diesel, its prices almost double.
