In Barbados, there is about 50 percent chance of rain between 4 am and 9 am local time on Saturday, but there is a 30 percent chance of rain between 10 am (scheduled time of toss) and 1 pm. But after that the chance of rain is again 50. An additional time of 190 minutes will be allotted on Saturday to complete the match.

For the result of the match, it is necessary that both the teams have to bat at least 10 overs. Let us tell you, there was no reserve day for the second semi-final, in which India defeated England, but a reserve day has been kept for the final. The umpire will first try to get the result of the match on Saturday itself, but if the match does not start on Saturday then the match will be played on Sunday.

According to the Barbados Meteorological Services, "light to moderate" rainfall can be expected in Barbados on Saturday, which means the India-South Africa match could see rain interruptions. The forecast also predicts "periods of rain and a very slight chance of thunderstorms".
