Delhi boy shot dead in broad daylight by unidentified assailants

New Delhi: A 24-year-old, Neeraj, was shot dead by two gunmen in the Chhawla town of Southwest Delhi on Monday. He was on his scooty when the gunmen attacked.

The incident took place, on Sunday, when the 24-year-old was returning his home after playing cricket in Roshanpura.

According to the police, “The deceased had an argument, two days before, with the accused. The incident was caught on CCTV camera."

  • Neeraj was a resident of Chhawla town.
  • The assailants were on bike.
  • The bullets crossed his head and back.
  • The body was sent for post-mortem.

According to the Deputy Commissioner of Police Surendra Kumar, "We are looking CCTV footage and the probe is on. We have identified the accused and they will be nabbed soon."
