New Delhi: In a shocking revelation, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's brother-in-law was accused of swindling the Delhi government on Tuesday.

The Delhi Police will investigate the matter on the basis of a complaint lodged by an anti-corruption NGO.

Kejriwal's brother in law, Surendra Kumar Bansal owns a construction business and has been accused of producing fake bills and invoices to the Public Works Department (PWD) for the contract he received for construction of a drain.

The NGO Roads Anti-Corruption Organisation has claimed that Surendra took help from Arvind Kejriwal in getting his bills cleared.

The NGO approached a court with their complaint on Saturday. The complaint was forwarded to the police which has taken the matter in cognizance.
