PM Modi has put India on world map as a trusted innovator: IT veteran

Speaking at the same event, Elastic CEO Ashutosh Kulkarni said that PM Modi and the government are doing amazing work.

Indian-origin business leaders from the IT industry have lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership for positioning India as a "trusted innovator and leader" for investment and development across the global map. Speaking at the IndiaSpora AI Summit 2024 on 'Can Artificial Intelligence be a force for good for the future or not' at Stanford University on April 26, Informatica CEO Amit Walia said, "India will be positioned very differently in the global arena. It is a place of innovation. It is a place of progress and innovation. What PM Narendra Modi is capable of doing is making India a credible innovator and "Establishes the country as a leader in investment."

Speaking at the same event, Elastic CEO Ashutosh Kulkarni said that PM Modi and the government are doing amazing work. He said, "The Prime Minister and the government are doing some amazing work and their focus is on being open to innovation, their focus is on industry, their focus is on population. The most populous country in the world and that population is geared towards progress. The way he has harnessed the potential of this country is fantastic."

Describing the PM Modi era as "amazing", Naveen Chadha, managing partner of Mayfield Fund, praised PM Modi's leadership for relations between India and the US and his ability to engage the Indian diaspora, stressing that they are the most influential people in the tech industry. He said that India is making progress in using technology and improving its infrastructure.

Naveen Chadha said, "The Modi era has been amazing, the kind of relationship he has been able to build with the United States... and to be able to engage the Indian diaspora, which is doing very well in the tech industry Hats off to him and the progress India is making in terms of use of technology and improving infrastructure, so Narendra Modi ji, keep doing what you are doing."

Speaker and moderator Rohit Jain of Harvard Business School said, "Narendra Modi needs to increase his guarantees because he has always delivered. So, I think his promises have been 100 percent true. Now he has to deliver 110 percent. What needs to be done and then he will do it, thank you for what you have done not only for India but for the world."
