Big action by Air India Express, 25 cabin crew members sacked

Air India Express has dismissed 25 cabin crew members amid employee revolt. Air India has taken this action citing rules. The employees who have been fired by the company include only those who have gone on sick leave. Let us tell you that now the passengers are having to bear the brunt of the rebellion of the employees. Even on Thursday, more than 70 flights of Air India Express are either canceled or running late. Due to this, passengers are facing a lot of trouble. According to the information received so far, the flights which have been canceled on Thursday include flights from Chennai to Kolkata, Chennai to Singapore and Trichy to Singapore. Whereas the flight from Lucknow to Bangalore is running late.

More than 300 employees working in Air India Express are not coming to work since Wednesday. All these employees first applied for sick leave together and switched off their mobile phones. Due to this, a lot of difficulties were faced in the operation of planes on Wednesday also.

The reason behind the rebellion of these employees is the new conditions of employment. All these employees are opposing this new condition. An Air India Express spokesperson had said on Wednesday that several members of our cabin crew fell ill just before reporting for duty from Tuesday night and due to this many flights have either had to be canceled or are delayed. .
