Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Metro Book Fair-2020 co-organized by Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited and Repertwahr Foundation is now extended till 1 March 2020. The success of this book fair can be gauged from the fact that on the very first day of the book fair, visitors bought more than 100 books. Commuters and book lovers can buy their favorite books from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm daily till 1 March 2020 at Hazratganj metro station.

UP Metro and Repertwahr foundation jointly organized this event to popularize the culture of book reading among Lucknowites. Book fair will display different kinds of fiction, non-fiction books, children books, Hindi literature books, coffee table books, books by enthusiastic international authors etc., followed by special activities.

Shri. Kumar Keshav Managing Director, Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited in the presence of Shri. Bhoopesh Rai, Founder, Repertwahr inaugurated the Book Fair-2020 on 16th Feb, where hundreds of books on various subjects will be on display.

Shri. Kumar Keshav, Managing Director, UPMRC said, “UP Metro has time to time taken various initiatives to promote healthy social practices and conserve our cultural heritage. It has always got the full support and appreciation for these efforts from people of Lucknow”.
