Fake Birth Certificate Case: Azam Khan and his son arrested

Rampur: Azam Khan and his son has been arrested in fake birth certificate case. Court sentenced Azam Khan in birth certificate case, Court orders Azam Khan, wife and son to be sent to jail, all three sent to judicial custody, will have to remain in jail till March 2-Court, The court of ADJ6 sent them to jail, the police detained the three.

Azam Khan will be in jail till 2nd March.

He was involved in fake birth certificate case.

Fake Birth Certificate:

Explain that in the matter of two birth certificates, this major action was taken against them after the dismissal of the anticipatory bail petition of Samajwadi Party MP Azam Khan and two of his family members. Earlier in the day, the court had also issued a notice for attachment of property during a hearing.

Not only SP Leader Azam khan but also his wife Dr. Tanzeen Fatima and son Abdulla Azam Khan is in police custody.

A BJP member Akash Saxena filed a complaint in past against Azam and his family. He alleged that they are using fake documents. Then he registered an official complaint.

Two different birth certificate:

It is alleged that Abdullah made two birth certificates on different dates based on fake documents. The police have tried to file a charge sheet investigating this case, but the court has returned the charge sheet saying that the main accused in the case should be arrested and brought.

After this the matter moved to High Court but HC rejected Azsm Khan's plea. In this case Article 82 was imposed against Azam Khan, his son Abdullah Azam Khan and Wife Dr. Tanzeen Fatima.
