Rajasthan High Court issues notice to 6 BSP MLAs

The political war in Rajasthan is not taking the name of the end. The matter of dispute between the charge-sheet and the complaint has reached the High Court.

Jaipur: The political war in Rajasthan is not taking the name of the end. The matter of dispute between the charge-sheet and the complaint has reached the High Court. After which the High Court has issued notice to the six BSP MLAs and the Speaker of the Assembly regarding the merger with the Congress. The court has asked to reply on this by 11 August.

High Court issues notice to MLAs:

The BSP had filed a petition in the High Court on Wednesday. In this case, BJP MLA Madan Dilawar also reached the High Court again. Both petitions were heard on Wednesday for about 1 hour. On the other hand, a hearing has started in this case again today.

A new twist has come in the midst of political turmoil in Rajasthan. Till now the Gehlot government was an attacker on the BJP and Sachin Pilot camp but after a video went viral, the BJP has retaliated against the Gehlot government.

The video is of a conversation between Assembly Speaker CP Joshi and Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot's son Vaibhav Gehlot, which created a new uproar. In fact, in Rajasthan, a video of a conversation between Assembly Speaker CP Joshi and Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot's son Vaibhav Gehlot has surfaced.

Meanwhile, Following the High Court’s decision, a hearing was scheduled in the Supreme Court on Monday. Now in the meantime, Speaker CP Joshi, who is requesting the court to give a quick decision on the matter, has now withdrawn his application. Now the political mercury of the state has become hot.
