New Delhi: Today is the final of political crisis in Rajasthan for last 14 days. The High Court will pronounce its verdict today on the petition of Sachin Pilot camp against the notice issued by the Speaker to the rebel 19 Congress MLAs.

On July 21, the court, while completing the hearing in the case, urged the assembly speaker not to take disqualification proceedings till July 24. In such a situation, everyone's eye is on this decision of the court.

Sachin Pilot filed an application:

Sachin Pilot has filed an application urging the Central Government to be a part in this matter. The petition filed in the High Court states that the petitioner has challenged the constitutionality of Para-2-A of the Tenth Schedule to the Constitution, so the Central Government should be made a party to it.

Pilot reached the Khema High Court regarding the legality of the notice issued to 19 rebel MLAs including Sachin Pilot on behalf of the speaker.

A court petition was filed by the Sachin Pilot faction against the notice of the assembly speaker. The notice has been issued by the speaker to 19 rebel MLAs including Sachin Pilot. A petition has been filed against this notice. The hearing on this petition began on Friday. Till Tuesday, all the parties have submitted their arguments.

If the Assembly’s notice is upheld, the Speaker will get the right to terminate the membership of the legislators. In the 200-member assembly of such Rajasthan, 19 MLAs will be reduced and then the total members will be considered 181. A majority figure of 91 is required and Gehlot has the support of 101 members.
