New Delhi: Lockdown has been imposed throughout the country for prevention of corona virus infection. Due to this, all citizens are facing economic crisis. Also, due to the lockdown, the industries of the country's Micro, small, medium sector (MSME) have been affected the most.

At the same time, to get them back on track, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi has asked for suggestions from people through social media.

Rahul Gandhi asked for the suggestions on Twitter. He tweeted, "COVID19 has devastated our micro, small & medium businesses (MSME). The Congress party needs your help. Send us suggestions & ideas for what a MSME economic stimulus package should cover on voiceofmsme.inor our social media platforms. #HelpSaveSmallBusinesses."

11 members to discuss current issues:

Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi has constituted an advisory committee of 11 members to discuss various current issues and to know the views of the party. This group will soon submit a proposal to the Central Government for giving relief to small and medium industries. The Advisory Committee met on 20 April 2020. The committee is headed by former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and includes Rahul Gandhi in this group and he gave many suggestions in the meeting.

Recently when PM Modi asked for suggestions from opposition party, then Sonia Gandhi wrote a letter with 5 main points. It included cut in pension of MPs, no advertisement for party promotion, transparency in PM Cares Fund and work for construction workers.
