New Delhi: Guidelines have been issued regarding who is going to get the exemption amid the corono virus lockdown. It states that restrictions on domestic flights will continue for the present. Metro and bus services also will not run at this time. Schools, coaching institutes and temples will also remain closed for the time being.

Those who will spit on the streets and move around unnecessarily, strict action will be taken, fines will be charged.

Detailed Guideline on Lockdown2.0:

-Ban on all types of events including weddings, birthday party. Prohibition on political events. Ban on private events too.

-Permissions have been granted in Construction works with conditions. Farmers in rural areas are exempted. People will have to work in the office wearing masks.

- In offices where work is still being done, arrangements will have to be made to check the temperature of the employees. Advice to children over 65 years of age and below 5 years of age not to leave the homes.

-To provide an impetus to the rural economy, industries operating in rural areas, including food processing industries; construction of roads, irrigation projects, buildings and industrial projects in rural areas; works under MNREGA, with priority to irrigation and water conservation works; and operation of rural Common Service Centres have all been allowed. These activities will create job opportunities for rural labor, including the migrant labor force.

-Those who violate the quarantine will be prosecuted under section 188. The District Magistrate has been given all the powers in this regard.

-Coal, mineral and oil production will be allowed.

-The supply of milk, milk products, poultry and livestock farming and tea, coffee and rubber plantations will resume.

-The Reserve Bank of India, banks, ATMs, capital and debt markets as notified by SEBI and insurance companies will also remain functional, to provide liquidity and credit support to the industrial sectors.

-Social, political and other events, religious centres and gatherings will also not be allowed.
