Woman gang-raped in Hathras, dies while treatment in Delhi

New Delhi: A 22-year-old girl from Chandpa area, a victim of gang rape in Hathras, died at around 6:00 am on Tuesday morning while undergoing treatment at Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi. Police administration in Hathras has become more alert as soon as its information is received.

22 year old girl rape case of Hathras:

Superintendent of Police Vikrant Veer confirmed the death of the victim. It is known that the shameful incident of gang rape with the woman was carried out on 14 September. After this, the accused also attacked him with murder.

On Monday, she was referred to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi from JN Medical College, Aligarh after the condition became very critical.

Rapists broke victim's spinal cord and cut her tongue:

Medical examination revealed that the youth had broken the victim's spinal cord after the gang-rape. The police had registered an FIR in this case on charges of molestation. On September 21, during the medical examination conducted after the teenager became conscious, the medical report confirmed the gangrape.

When the victim regained consciousness, she was also told that the accused had bitten her tongue, so that she could not tell the people about the incident.

Delay of 8 days for filing FIR:

On September 14, in the village of Chandpa area of ​​Hathras, four Dabang youths gang raped a 22-year-old Dalit girl in Bajre's field. In this case, the police took a careless attitude. While not registering a case under the sections of rape, a youth was arrested on charges of molestation. After this, a case under Section 307 (attempt to murder) was filed against him.

Rapists were arrested after complaint:

Hathras Superintendent of Police Vikram Veer said that all the four named accused have been arrested in connection with this gang rape on September 14. After the rape, the victim was humiliated. In this case, the accused were identified as Sandeep, Lavkush, Ramu and Ravi, who belong to the village. Hathras Superintendent of Police said that Sandeep was arrested on September 14 itself.
