Rumor about my father is false, He is alive: Pranab Mukherjee's daughter

New Delhi: Big news related to former President of India Pranab Mukherjee is coming. There was a stir on social media on Thursday after rumors of Pranab Mukherjee's demise. However Sirmistha Mukherjee, the daughter of the former president, has rubbished these rumors.

Pranab Mukherjee is admitted to Army Hospital in Delhi. He underwent brain surgery two days ago, after which he was put on ventilator. Before the surgery, he had a corona examination, which was also reported positive.

Former President Pranab Mukherjee is admitted to the Army Research and Referral Hospital in Delhi, his condition is still said to be critical. Pranab Mukherjee was hospitalized after coming to Corona virus positive, where he also underwent brain surgery. Since the surgery, his condition is said to be critical.

Meanwhile, rumors of his death also surfaced. Although his daughter refuted these rumors and tweeted 'Rumours about my father is false. Request, esp’ly to media, NOT to call me as I need to keep my phone free for any updates from the hospital.'

His son also tweeted, 'My Father Shri Pranab Mukherjee is still alive & haemodynamically stable !

Speculations & fake news being circulated by reputed Journalists on social media clearly reflects that Media in India has become a factory of Fake News .'

Former President Pranab Mukherjee has tested postive for the novel coronavirus. “On a visit to the hospital for a separate procedure, I have tested positive for COVID19 today,” Pranab Mukherjee tweeted. He also urged those who came in contact with him in recent times to get themselves tested.

Former President of the country Pranab Mukherjee has been hospitalized since being found Corona positive on August 10. However, his condition is still very critical. He has also undergone brain surgery in the hospital.
