New Delhi: With the increasing cases of Corona virus, the situation of India is getting worse compared to other countries of the world. India is currently at number seven in terms of corona cases. The record is being broken by the increase in the corona cases which are found day by day. In such a situation, India will soon overtake Italy in term of maximum cases of covid19.

UNLOCK ONE: CORONA UPDATES

The cases of corona infections in India have been climb to two lakh 26 thousand. According to the Health Ministry data, there are now a total of 2,26,770 cases of corona in the country, while 6,348 people have died. At the same time 1,09,462 people were discharged.

LIVE UPDATES:

-Rajasthan reports 68 new COVID19 positive cases, taking the total number of cases to 9930.

-A floor of Defence Research and Development Organisation headquarters in Delhi closed for a day for sanitisation after an employee tested positive for COVID19.

-Total 43,86,376 samples have been tested till now, of which 1,43,661 samples have been tested in the last 24 hours: ICMR

-Religious places are opening again in Punjab from June 8, preparations have been started. The Dargiana temple in Amritsar was sanitized.

-Assam reports 42 new COVID-19 cases, taking total number of people infected in state to 2,115

-India registers record single-day spike of 9,851 COVID cases, 273 deaths, pushing infection tally to 2,26,770 and death toll to 6,348.

-1,359 fresh cases take Delhi's COVID-19 tally to over 25K; death toll climbs to 650
