Once again near the Pangong Lake in the Eastern Ladakh region on the Indo-China border, Chinese troops tried to infiltrate again and made every effort to break the agreement. But Indian soldiers showed full vigor and thwarted the Chinese army's effort. During this time there was a clash between the soldiers of both the countries. Negotiations are now being done to end this dispute.

Indian Army is committed to maintaining peace through dialogue but is also equally determined to protect its territorial integrity. A Brigade Commander level Flag meeting is in progress at Chushul to resolve the issue, PIB posted.
