FORDA writes to Amit Shah; Make Attacks on doctors Non-Bailable Offence

New Delhi: Everyone in the country giving their contribution in the fight of Corona virus. PM Modi implemented the complete lockdown in India and there are chances to extend the lockdown even after 14th April.

In this tough time for the nation, every citizen of India giving their best. We see a lot of disturbing cases on Tv. There are few people who are misbehaving with medical staff. Many such incidents have come before us.

Central Protection Act for doctors:

Now where a letter has been written to the Union Home Minister Amit Shah for action in such cases. The Federation of Resident Doctors Association (FoRDA) has written a letter to Home Minister Amit Shah expressing concern about the attacks on doctors. The letter calls for several incidents of attacks on doctors and a Central Protection Act for doctors.

A letter written by FORDA to Home Minister Amit Shah focusing the incidents related to the attacks on doctors. It deals with the case of Bhopal and Noida. The letter said that for the corona virus epidemic in the country, from doctors to other health care staff are fighting their battle vigorously. Despite this, such incidents are happening with these warriors.

'FORDA condemns such inhuman acts of violence and demands that all such acts should be marked as non-bailable offense. Central protection act for doctors as demanded earlier is the need of the hour for protection of the whole medical fraternity," read their letter.
