Delhi Violence: Accused Tahir Hussain's new tactics to avoid arrest

New Delhi: AAP Councilor Tahir Hussain, accused in the Delhi violence and murder of IB officer Ankit Sharma, has filed an anticipatory bail in Delhi's Karkardooma court. The Karkardooma Court is scheduled to hear on Wednesday on the bail application of Tahir Hussain. AccusedTahir Hussain is abscond at this time.

Accused of Ankit Sharma's murder:

According to reports and viral videos, Tahir Hussain was found guilty in IB officer Ankit Sharma's murder. But after this he ran away from Delhi. In Viral video, police found petrol bomb and stones at his house roof. But he denied everything and said that opposition is trying to do wrong with him.

It is alleged that the IB officer was murdered inside Tahir Hussain's house. At the same time, the body of Ankit Sharma was found lying in a gutter.

Petrol bombs and stones were recovered from Tahir's house:

After the violence in Delhi, a large quantity of petrol bombs and stones have been found in Tahir Hussain's house. Since then, the police is constantly looking for him. He is currently abscond from Delhi. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has suspended him from the party after his name surfaced in the murder and Delhi violence. The police also raided many places in search of him, but nothing has been found so far.

Shooter Shah Rukh arrested:

The man whose pictures and videos were viral after Delhi violence arrested. Mohammad Shah Rukh who shooted police. After this incident he and his family went away from Delhi.

Shah Rukh has been arrested from Uttar Pradesh’s Bareilly. Earlier it was reported that Delhi Police had managed to arrest Shahrukh within days after he was caught on camera waving a gun at the Delhi Police officer. However, then the police said he was absconding.
