New Delhi: The man whose pictures and videos were viral after Delhi violence arrested. Mohammad Shah Rukh who shooted police. After this incident he and his family went away from Delhi.

Shah Rukh has been arrested from Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly. Earlier it was reported that Delhi Police had managed to arrest Shahrukh within days after he was caught on camera waving a gun at the Delhi Police officer. However, then the police said he was absconding.

In a video that went viral last week, the man, identified as 33-year-old Shahrukh, could be seen pointing his country-made pistol at the policeman on the Jaffrabad-Maujpur road on February 24.

The man fired eight rounds in the presence of police personnel.

106 people arrested:

On the other hand, Delhi Police PRO MS Randhawa had a press conference on Wednesday. He said that 106 people have been arrested and 18 FIRs have been registered in this case so far for committing nuisance and spreading violence.

CM Kejriwal announced compensation:

Apart from providing free treatment to those injured in the violence, he has also announced a grant of Rs 10 lakh to the family of the deceased. At the same time, 2 lakh rupees will be given to the seriously injured.
