Delhi cabinet approves 'Ghar Ghar Ration Yojana' of Arvind Kejriwal

During the Corona period, the Kejriwal government of Delhi has taken a big decision. In the cabinet meeting of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, the 'Chief Minister Ghar-Ghar Ration Scheme' has been approved.

Delhi cabinet approves 'Ghar Ghar Ration Yojana' of Arvind Kejriwal

New Delhi: During the Corona period, the Kejriwal government of Delhi has taken a big decision. In the cabinet meeting of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, the 'Chief Minister Ghar-Ghar Ration Scheme' has been approved. Now, with the implementation of this scheme, ration will be transported to people's homes in Delhi. That is, people will not have to go to the shop to buy ration. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal informed about this decision in Digital PC.

Ghar-Ghar Ration Scheme:

CM Kejarwal said that every government in the country along with the central government distributes ration to the people of their state. He said that ever since the distribution of ration in the country has started, poor people are facing lot of difficulties in getting ration. Sometimes the shop is closed, sometimes adulteration is received and sometimes more money is taken.

Ration at door step: Kejriwal

He said that we have made a lot of improvements in the system of ration in the last five years. CM Kejriwal has termed the cabinet decision as a revolutionary decision. He said that today we have approved the door step delivery of ration (Ghar-Ghar Ration Scheme) in Delhi. The name of this scheme will be 'Chief Minister Ghar-Ghar Ration Scheme'.

The Chief Minister said that under the 'Mukhyamantri Ghar-Ghar Ration Yojana' people will no longer have to go to the shop to get ration, but now the ration will be transported with respect to the people. He said that wheat would be picked from FCI warehouse, flour would be crushed. Rice and sugar etc. will also be packed and sent to the door-to-door of the people. Home delivery will be given flour instead of wheat.
