Actually, during an event Biplab Kumar Deb gave his opinion about the Jats of Haryana to the Bengalis of West Bengal. He referred to Jats and said how people talk about Jats. He says, Jats are less intelligent, but physically healthy.
“For Bengal or Bengalis, it is said that one should not challenge them when it is regarding intelligence. Bengalis are known as very intelligent and it is their identity,” Deb was heard saying in the clip.

Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala shared a 50-second video of Chief Minister Biplab on his Twitter account and wrote BJP mentality.
He wrote that the remarks made by the Chief Minister of Tripura and Bharatiya Janata Party leader Biplab Kumar Deb about the Sikh brothers of Punjab and the Jat community of Haryana reflect their low-level mentality.
