More than 1 lakh cases in the last 7 days in the country
There has been a sudden spurt in corona cases in India in the last seven days. If we look at the data of the Health Ministry for a week, this is proved. In the past week (February 15-21, 2021), a total of 1,00,990 cases of corona have been reported.
This is the first time in the last five weeks that more than one lakh cases have been reported in the country in a week. In the previous week, 77,284 cases of corona were reported. In this case, the corona cases have increased by 34 percent this week compared to the previous week. Which clearly illustrates the growing danger of corona.
Corona Cases increased rapidly in Maharashtra:
Talking about the states, Maharashtra has the highest number of cases. Corona cases have increased by 81 percent this week. The average of corona cases has also increased in the last seven days in the country. Where the average of seven days was 11,430 last week, then this week it has increased to 12,770.
Corona in Maha and Kerala:
The number of active cases of corona in the country is continuously increasing, which the government is worried about. Of all the active cases of Corona in the country, 74 percent are in Maharashtra and Kerala alone. Apart from this, corona cases have also increased in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir.
