New Delhi: Assembly elections are going to be held in April-May in West Bengal and Assam. The Bharatiya Janata Party is preparing vigorously for the election preparations. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Narendra Modi) is visiting West Bengal and Assam today. PM dedicated important projects of oil and gas field in Silapathar of Dhemaji area of Assam.

PM Modi said- 'I once again for so many development schemes, for making Assam self-reliant, for Assam's contribution in the construction of India, for the welfare of every Assamese who has laid the foundation stone of many schemes today. I once again congratulate you all for that.

PM Modi said that this is a negative list in the official language, but it is a positive list in the language of self-sufficiency. This is the positive list on whose strength our own manufacturing capacity is going to increase. This is the positive list that will create job creation in India.

PM Modi said that for India to become self-reliant, it is necessary to continuously increase its capacity and also its capabilities. Over the years, we have greatly increased the oil storage capacity for refining and emergency in India itself. All these projects will make life easier for people in Assam and North East and employment opportunities will also increase for the youth. When a person gets his basic facilities, his confidence also increases. Increasing this confidence also develops the region as well as the country.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said - 'People who ruled the country for decades, they considered Dispur away from Delhi. Due to this thinking, Assam suffered a lot. But now Delhi is not far away, Delhi is standing at your door.
