Sushant Case: Supreme Court verdict Today on Rhea's petition

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput will give a verdict on Wednesday in the suicide case. In fact, Sushant's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty had approached the court seeking the transfer of investigation of Sushant case to Mumbai Police, which will be heard today at 11 am.

Supreme Court hearing in Sushant Case:

Today is important in Sushant Singh suicide case. The Supreme Court will give its verdict tomorrow at 11 pm on the petition of Rhea Chakraborty. A single judge bench of Justice Hrishikesh Rai will deliver the verdict.

Rhea filed an application in SC:

Sushant's father KK Singh has filed a case against Rhea in Bihar Police. The Mumbai Police is also investigating the case. Apart from this, demands are being raised for a CBI inquiry in the case. Rhea Chakraborty filed an application in the Supreme Court regarding this and appealed to transfer the investigation to Mumbai.

Rhea's appeal was heard in the Supreme Court last Tuesday. The judgment was reserved after a hearing by the bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy. The Supreme Court in its decision will decide whether the FIR registered in Bihar should be transferred to Mumbai or not.

In this case, the court presented its own case on behalf of senior advocate Maninder Singh on behalf of the Bihar government, AM Singhvi on behalf of the Maharashtra government and Shyam Divan on behalf of Rhea. At the same time, Vikas Singh is fighting the case on behalf of Sushant's family.

On 14 June, Sushant Singh Rajput was killed in his house in Bandra. Since then, new revelations are happening in this case every day. Sushant's father has accused Riya of the actor's death and filed an FIR.
