Nawazuddin Siddiqui's brother accused of sexual harassment!

New Delhi: Troubles are continuously soaring for Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui. In a shocking turn of events, his younger brother Minazuddin Siddiqui has now been accused of sexually harassing his niece. He has already been serve divorce notice by estranged wife Aaliya

A complaint has been filed at the Jamia Police Station in Delhi under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Narrating her story to a leading daily, Sasha Siddiqui explained how she was physically and sexually abused . She was just 9-year-old by when her own uncle did this to her, and unfortunately, she had no one by her side.

Her parents got divorced when she was too young to understand things. She was brought up by her step-mother solely. She went for court marriage afterward and also blamed her father and uncle for harassing her in-laws.

In an interview to the daily, she spoke, “As a child, I didn’t understand thinking it was my uncle, but when I grew up I realized it was a different kind of touch. There was violence too.”

Accusing Nawaz, she opened up and stated that the actor never stood against his brother to save her. He said to me - "chacha hai, aisa kabhi nahi kar sakte (he is your uncle, he can’t do this). ”

The couple has been married for 10 years with 2 children before Aaliya took this bold decision.

She told ABP News, "The problems between Nawaz and me have been going on since 2010, after one year of our marriage. I have been handling everything but now things have escalated beyond repair.”

“There is not one reason but several reasons behind my problems with Nawaz. And, all these reasons are very serious,” she said.

The thread that remains common in her complaint and the current complaint by her niece is Nawaz's brother, Shamas. She also accused Shamas of treating her badly and even physically assaulting her. She clearly stated that his brother was one of the significant reasons for their separation.
