Akshay sends Rs 500 crore defamation notice to YouTuber, Why?

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar recently sent a 500-crore defamation notice to a YouTuber in Bihar. YouTuber is accused of posting false information and abusive videos against Mumbai Police. Also Aditya Thackeray and Akshay Kumar on his YouTube channel named 'FF News'.

YouTuber spreading false news on his channel:

Not only this, YouTuber had uploaded misinformed videos about Sushant Singh Rajput after his death, which earned him 15 lakh. After the case came to light, the Mumbai police registered a case against YouTuber, though he later got bail on the condition that he would cooperate with the police in the investigation.

YouTuber claimed that Akshay helping Rhea Chakraborty:

YouTuber is named Rashid Siddiqui, whose age is said to be 25 years. Rashid hails from Bihar and is a civil engineer by profession. Rashid runs a YouTube channel called 'FF NEWS' on which he posted some derogatory videos. Videos against Mumbai Police, Aditya Thackeray and Akshay.

After the case came to light, advocate Dharmendra Mishra of the legal cell of Shiv Sena filed a case against Rashid. After which the Mumbai police filed a complaint against Rashid on charges of defamation, public mischief and willfully insulting someone, although the court granted bail to Rashid on the condition that he would cooperate in further police investigation.

Misinformation about Sushant's Death:

Rashid posted a video against Akshay Kumar on his YouTube channel in which he gave an incorrect information that Akshay Kumar was unhappy about Sushant getting the film 'MS Dhoni'. Not only this, in the case of Sushant's death, Akshay had a secret meeting with Aditya and helped Rhea to be sent to Canada. Now after the whole matter comes to light, Akshay has sent a notice of defamation to Rashid.
