The movie is based on the real-life story of an acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal, from Uttar Pradesh. Starring Deepika Padukone, this movie is about trauma, triumph and an unquestionable human spirit. The movie is produced by Meghna Gulzar.

Saif Ali Khan is playing the role of a 40 year-old father who loves to live his life to the fullest. He will play the role of father to debutant Alaia F and will be romantically paired with Tabu for the first time.

3. Tanhaji: An Unsung Warrior
This historical drama is based on the life of the military leader in Chhatrapati Shivaji’s army, Tanhaji, which is played by Ajay Devgn. Ajay and Kajol are seen sharing screen after more than a decade. It will also star Saif Ali Khan as the nemesis Mughal commander Uday Bhan.
