Tokyo: As many as 19 people have lost their lives and about 45 injured in an attack by a man who launched a stabbing rampage at a medical facility for the disabled in Kanagawa Prefecture in Tokyo of Japan, said media reports.
National fire department informed that about 20 wounded people were in severe condition.
A man having knife in his hand attacked people after entering the facility around 2:30 am.
The man has been put behind the bars.
As per media reports, accused man accepted his deed by saying, “I did it.”
A man is said to be 20-years old.
