BSF shoots down two Pakistani drones in 12 hours, recovered 500 grams of heroin

Border Security Force personnel shot down a suspicious drone near Mianwali village in Tarn Taran district in Punjab in the intervening night of 14-15 November and recovered the drone in a broken condition along with 2 batteries from a field.

Border Security Force (BSF) soldiers have once again foiled Pakistan's nefarious attempt.

Border Security Force personnel shot down a suspicious drone near Mianwali village in Tarn Taran district in Punjab in the intervening night of 14-15 November and recovered the drone in a broken condition along with 2 batteries from a field.

The recovered drone is a quadcopter (Model – DJI Matrice 300 RTK, Made in China).

Along with this, Border Security Force personnel have also recovered a suspicious drone from a field on Wednesday morning.

BSF, during area dominance patrolling ahead of the border fence at around 8 am today, spotted suspicious objects lying in the agricultural field near Roranwala Khurd village, Amritsar.

Further, during a detailed search of the area, BSF troops recovered 1 drone along with 1 packet of narcotic substance like heroin (total weight – 500 grams) wrapped in yellow adhesive tape. The recovered drone is a quadcopter (Model – DJI Mavic 3 Classic, Made in China).

Pakistan has been trying to smuggle drugs into the country for quite some time. In the past also drugs were recovered from the border regions.

Pakistan has been aiding and abetting cross border terrorism for several years. The Indian forces have successfully thwarted attempts to foment trouble in Jammu & Kashmir and have also gunned down many terrorists who owed allegiance to the Pakistan based terror outfits in the past few months.

According to the exerts Pakistan did not want normalcy in Kashmir valley and in the past few days it has stepped up attempts to send terrorists in the scenic stae.
