Rahul Gandhi makes PM Modi's silence an issue as India awaits

New Delhi: Soon after a frontline news website churned out a cracker on silence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on rape incidents of Kathua in J and K and of Unnao in UP, the Congress President Rahul Gandhi mounted further pressure by posing a question or two.

Aware of his newly-found niche on the social media, Rahul, on micro blogging site of twitter, has questioned the silence of PM Modi terming it as 'unacceptable. Launching the #SpeakUp, Rahul gandhi minced no words while asking why are the accused rapists and murderers protected by the state .

It came after 'The Quint' presented a blank space under the heading PM speaks up on Kathua and Unnao while in the body, it has mentioned that the website will update when the PM actually speaks. It has become a sensation on the internet space with the website receiving.
