Lawyer Prashant Bhushan has received a major setback from the Supreme Court once again. Court has reserved judgment in Prashant Bhushan case in contempt case for tweeting against judiciary.

Explain that the court had given the request to advocate Prashant Bhushan to regret his tweet but he refused to do so.

No punishment should be given:

Since then, Justice Arun Mishra in the court asked Prashant's lawyer Rajiv Dhawan to present his views on what sentence should be given to his client, then he said that no punishment should be given to him. Rather, the verdict convicting Prashant Bhushan should be withdrawn.

Hearing this case, the court said, "Man should realize his mistake, we gave time to Bhushan, but he says he will not apologize." Prashant Bhushan has the freedom to speak, but says he will not apologize for contempt. '

Contempt Case: Prashant Bhushan

Senior advocate Prashant Bhushan, convicted in the contempt case, has refused to apologize to the Supreme Court. Prashant Bhushan said, ‘My statement was goodwill. If I withdraw my statement before this court, I believe that if I offer an honest apology, then I would be in contempt for my conscience and the institution in which I hold supreme faith. ‘
