Owning a team was an irresistible offer: Rajiv Khandelwal

New Delhi: After proving his ground in acting, Telly and Bollywood actor Rajeev Khandelwal is gearing up to turn his attention towards sports and finds owning a sports team an irresistible offer.

He has become owner of Indian Junior Players League T20 team, Rajasthan Roarers.

"When I got to know about this league where under-18 children are being encouraged, I really wanted to be a part of it. I didn't foresee that so soon in my career that I will own a team. It was an irresistible offer," the actor said.

RajeeV got limelight for his acting skills in popular show 'Kahiin Toh Hoga'. Later, he also featured in Bollywood films.

The actor believes that gaining the trust of players is an important task for him.

Rajeev admitted that in the start he was only a businessman with the team but now he is indulging in the matter of the team.

The Indian Junior Players League T20 will be played in Dubai.
