On Monday's episode we saw Alia (Shikha Singh) thanking doctor for the job she did for her. Alia also bribed doctor to improve her clinic and warns her not to reveal the deal to anyone.
After Alia leaves her home, the doctor realises that had she did something wrong by accepting the deal.
