Aishwarya Rai Bachchan immerses ashes of her father at Sangam | See Pics

Allahabad: Bollywood diva Aishwarya Rai Bachchan on Saturday reached here to immerse the ashes of her late father Krishnaraj Rai at the Sangam.

She was accompanied by her husband Abhishek Bachchan, daughter Aradhya and a few other family members.

The Bachchan family arrived at the Bamrauli Airport here in their special charted plane, from where they were carried to Boat Club Kydganj under heavy security.

The priests performed the immersion rituals in presence of Aishwarya's mother Brinda Rai, brother Aditya Rai and a few other close friends and relatives.

It may be recalled that Aishwarya's father Krishnaraj Rai passed away on March 19 this year at the Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai. He was suffering from cancer.
