In the email sent by the company to the employees, it has been talked about reducing costs. If the company implements this decision, more than 14,000 employees will lose their jobs. CEO Musk wrote in the email that "As we prepare the company for its next phase of growth, it is extremely important to look at every aspect of the company to cut costs and increase productivity. As part of this effort "We have conducted a thorough review of the organization and made the difficult decision to reduce our workforce globally by more than 10%".
