Shameful incident again in Rajasthan, woman stripped, paraded around, video goes viral

In yet another shameful incident, a woman was allegedly stripped and paraded at a village under Samdari police station area of Balotra district in Rajasthan. A video of the alleged incident has also gone viral on social media. The video purportedly showed a woman in a semi-nude state being paraded.

After the video went viral, the police came into action and arrested 6 accused including 4 women. In the video, some women are abusing and dragging a semi-nude woman by her hair. The victim woman and the women who paraded the woman semi-nude are said to belong to different communities. The incident happened on Friday. Half a dozen police teams are raiding different places to arrest the other accused involved. After the incident came to light, many teams including Balotra SP, ASP reached the spot. The police have registered a case regarding the incident and handed over the investigation to Sivana circle officer. A counselor has also been called for counseling the victim woman.

The case of a video of a semi-nude woman being taken around the village went viral and came to the notice of the police on Saturday. After this the police took the matter seriously. Seeing the seriousness of the incident, Superintendent of Police Kundan Kanwariya, ASP Dharmendra Singh Yadav, Siwana circle officer Neeraj Sharma reached Samdari police station and camped there regarding the incident. Six special teams including cyber and crime branch of police have been formed to investigate the matter thoroughly. Cyber and other teams have started investigating the matter through technical and other methods.

The police have registered a case of the incident of parading the woman semi-nude and making the video viral. Police have arrested the accused Khetaram, Vagaram and 4 other women. Police teams are busy interrogating the accused.
