Shahjahanpur: In yet another suspected case of honour killing, a body of a girl was found in a pool of blood in Katiya Tola area of Shahjahanpur district in Uttar Pradesh.
The body of Mohini (name changed), a class XI student was found in her dwelling on Thursday, said circle officer of Sadar Bazaar police station Vijay Shankar Mishra.
The case:
- The brother of the girl was taken into custody and investigation was underway.
- People of the area say that she was in relationship.
- Police have seized a cartridge which was found near the body.
