US President Joe Biden warns of 'Specific credible threat' at Kabul airport

New Delhi: After the recent suicide attack on Kabul Airport after the Taliban's occupation of Afghanistan, the United States has issued an alert for another attack. US President Joe Biden has issued a warning in this regard, saying that there may be another attack at Kabul Airport within the next 24 to 36 hours.

He says that the situation in Afghanistan is very dangerous and the threat of attack also remains.

Next attack likely in 24 hours- Joe Biden

US President Joe Biden has informed that he has had an important meeting with the national security team and the commanders stationed in Afghanistan. He says that he has been told by the commanders in the meeting that Kabul airport can be attacked within the next 24 to 36 hours.

Biden said that during the meeting, we discussed the bombing of terrorist organization ISIS-based bases in Afghanistan last night. He said that I had said that we will find those responsible for the attack on our soldiers and civilians and we did the same.

President Biden said, 'This attack on terrorists was not the last. We will chase and punish the culprits involved in the Kabul attack. Whenever someone attacks America or our soldiers, we will give a befitting reply.

Terrorist Attack in Kabul:

Biden said, amidst the dangerous situation in Kabul, we are evacuating civilians from there. Yesterday we evacuated 6800 people, including hundreds of Americans. He said that we also discussed how to get people out after American soldiers leave Afghanistan.

On the other hand, Taliban forces have closed Kabul's airport on Saturday. Most Afghan countries are hopeful of an exit, and most of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) countries have pulled their troops into Afghanistan after two decades.
