Samsung heir in Jail:

The court has ordered both of them to be sent to jail. Apart from this, the court has also ordered his longtime friend Choi Soon to be sent to jail. Park was removed from the post under an impeachment after the allegations surfaced. The court admitted that Choi had supported him in this crime for the support of the government and the transfer of power to the company.

Lee was present in court when the Seoul High Court gave this ruling. He was arrested soon after the court verdict. Let me tell you that he was out of jail for three years because his sentence was banned. The 52-year-old Lee was first charged in February 2017.

He was accused of bribing 29.8 billion won ($ 27.4 million). In the year 2017, he was sentenced to five years. But his two-and-a-half-year sentence was stayed after an appeal to the upper court.
