New Delhi: In the midst of the ongoing conflict in Afghanistan for the last one month, now efforts are being made to normalize the situation there again. In view of this, Kabul Airport is going to be ready for international flights soon.

International flights from Kabul:

Kabul Airport Director Abdul Hadi Hamdani has said that Kabul's Hamid Karzai International Airport will soon be ready for international flights. Work is underway to fix technical issues at Kabul Airport. On Monday, he said in a video clip that domestic flight operations had started and international flights would start soon, Xinhua news agency quoted Hamdani as saying. Efforts are on to resolve the remaining 10 to 15 per cent technical problems at the airport, he said.

According to Hamdani, the airport suffered damage on August 31, along with many facilities destroyed during the withdrawal of previous US troops and US civilians. Meanwhile, a report in Tolo News on Monday said that the airport security staff, including women employees, have returned to their jobs. According to employees, operations at the airport are returning to normal and have resumed work after being asked by the Taliban to do so.

Pak Plane landed in Kabul:

Meanwhile, after 28 days on Monday, a Pakistani plane landed at Kabul International Airport. The first commercial flight has landed at Kabul International Airport, nearly a month after Taliban occupation in Afghanistan. Let us tell you that after the withdrawal of American troops on August 15, 2021, the Taliban announced the occupation of the whole of Afghanistan.

A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) plane arrived at Hamid Karzai (Kabul) International Airport on Monday. However, only 10 passengers were on board this flight. It had more staff than passengers.
