ISRO scientists all set to launch SUV -size space shuttle

Sriharikota: The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is all set to launch its first indigenous ‘space-shuttle’.

A final touch was given to the sleek-winged body almost the weight and size of a sports utility vehicle (SUV).

Scientists at ISRO believe that this type of SUV space shuttle could reduce the cost of launching into space by as much as 10 times if reusable technology succeeds.
