Israel's two-sided fight, amid conflict with Gaza, attacks on Hezbollah targets in Lebanon

Israeli army is attacking the military bases of the terrorist organization Hezbollah in Lebanese territory. There is a growing fear of tension between Hamas's ally and Iran-supporting Lebanese organization Hezbollah and Israel. Following the clashes, Israeli authorities began evacuating thousands of people from 28 locations across the Israel-Lebanon border.

According to the statement issued by the Israeli Army, Israel (Israel Gaza War) carried out air strikes on Hezbollah positions in Lebanon throughout the night. The statement said that the Israeli army is attacking the military bases of the terrorist organization Hezbollah in Lebanese territory.

There is a growing fear of tension between Hamas's ally and Iran-supporting Lebanese organization Hezbollah and Israel. Following the clashes, Israeli authorities began evacuating thousands of people from 28 locations across the Israel-Lebanon border.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that US President Joe Biden will visit Israel on Wednesday to show solidarity with the Israeli people after the October 7 Hamas attacks. Blinken wrote on Twitter, "On Wednesday, @POTUS will visit Israel. His arrival here is an important moment for Israel, the region and the world."

Blinken said the US has also received assurances from Israel to cooperate in delivering foreign aid to the impoverished Gaza Strip, as the Israeli military is preparing a ground attack on the Hamas-held area.

Hamas spokesman Abu Obeideh said on Monday that we are not afraid of the threat of an Israeli ground attack on Gaza, we are ready for it.

Hamas's Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades are holding 200 people hostage since a major attack on southern Israel on October 7, while about 50 others are being held elsewhere by other armed groups, according to a televised statement.

More than 1,400 people have been killed in the land-sea-air attacks carried out by Hamas on Israel. In retaliation, Israeli air strikes have killed more than 2,750 people in Gaza.

The United Nations Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) warned on Monday that there is a water shortage in Gaza due to the Israeli blockade. Due to which the people there are forced to drink from contaminated sources, which can lead to the spread of diseases.
