A bus overturned on Friday in Mexico's southern state of Oaxaca. In this accident, 18 people including 3 children and 2 women were killed while 29 people were injured.

According to the media reports, most of the dead includes migrants. These people were residents of Venezuela and Haiti.

The Oaxaca State Civil Protection Agency shared photos of the accident. According to it, this accident happened on the Oaxaca-Cuquenopalan National Highway. The bus overturned at a turn in a hilly area. A total of 55 people were traveling in the bus. All the injured have been admitted to the nearest hospital.

18 including 6 Indians died in a bus accident two months ago

In Mexico, late on the night of August 3, a bus had fallen into a ditch below the highway. 18 people had died in this accident. According to Reuters report, 6 Indians were also among those who died. Some people sitting in the bus were going towards Tijuana, a city bordering the American border. There were about 42 passengers on board the bus, which included people from India, Dominican Republic and African countries.
