Nigeria: International terror outfit Boko Haram killed 24 mourners by opening an in-discriminatory fire on a local community in Kogo, the northeast Nigeria.

  • The attack happened at about 2100 hours in Kuda village near the town of Gulak, in Adamawa state, said international media.
  • The attack took place when they were mourning the death of a local community leader.
  • At least 20,000 people have been killed and more than 2.6 million have fled since the insurgency began in 2009.
